We provide professional car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, and polishing.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

CV Auto Spa LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

SMS Service Terms:

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These messages may include, but are not limited to, service reminders, promotions, and updates related to our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
